Bequest Language

For a bequest of a specified sum:
"I give, devise, and bequeath to Project Orbis International, Inc. (of 52 Vanderbilt Avenue New York, NY 10017) for its general charitable purposes the sum of $__________."

For a bequest of a percentage of the estate:
"I give, devise, and bequeath to Project Orbis International, Inc. (of 52 Vanderbilt Avenue New York, NY 10017) for its general charitable purposes an amount equal to ______% of my gross estate, as finally determined for federal estate-tax purposes."

For contingent bequest:
"If any of the above-named beneficiaries should predecease me, I hereby bequeath his or her share to Project Orbis International, Inc. (of 52 Vanderbilt Avenue New York, NY 10017) to be used for its general purposes."
